English Bulldog Sales Contract and Guarantee
To validate this Health Guarantee it must be signed and returned by mail no later that 10 days after the puppy’s arrival along with a copy of the puppy’s first vet visit that is made within 72 hours of the puppy’s arrival time.
Provision of Sale: The price is to be paid in full before the puppy is shipped or when the purchaser acquires possession of the puppy. A deposit of $300 is required to hold a puppy, which is non-refundable. Deposits are on a first come first serve basis. You are receiving a purebred puppy and he/she comes with FULL AKC registration, unless otherwise stated. This puppy has been vet checked and is in excellent health. It has been wormed and had his first preventative puppy shot. This Puppy should have two more shots and then yearly, continue to worm him monthly. (See schedule attached)
Guarantees: 7M Bulldogs guarantees that the above puppy is in good physical health on this day of purchase. The puppy has been checked by a Veterinarian and comes with a written Health Certificate if shipped. The purchaser agrees to take the puppy to a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours for a health check. Should the puppy be determined to be unfit for purchase due to illness, disease, or congenital disorder, the cause of which is clearly attributable to the seller, the puppy may upon presentation of a written and dated diagnosis from two said veterinarians may then be returned for another puppy of equal value by the seller and buyer. Buyer pays all shipping costs involved in obtaining a replacement puppy. We offer a replacement guarantee on our puppies up to 1 year of age. If the puppy develops congenital or a hereditary life threatening disorder we will replace the puppy with another puppy of same sex, and of equal value. We make no guarantee on what we consider normal in the bulldog breed: cherry eye, Entropian, loose hips, inquinal and umbilical hernias or viruses or disease due to the lack of proper care by new owner, or lack of vaccines, and extreme heat intolerance. Puppies shipped are at risk of Coccidia and Kennel Cough which is common in puppies and usually caused by bacteria. Kennel Cough is self limiting and like the common cold, it must run its course. Full recovery is expected and kennel cough on its own is not life threatening. Keep your puppy out of the heat, due to short nose, we do not guarantee against pneumonia so keep him from getting too hot and then bringing him into a cold air conditioned room. All guarantees are for original buyer only. If at any time the buyer decides to sell the puppy purchased from 7M Bulldogs, they will give 7M first chance to buy it back. 7M Bulldogs does not guarantee or warranty that the buyer will be able to show or breed this puppy regardless of show or breeding potentials.
